Applying for a land register extract (Grundbuchauszug) in Düsseldorf

At the land registry of the Amtsgericht Düsseldorf, Werdener Straße 1. You apply in writing, by fax or in person, each time with the application form of the justice authority of NRW. You show your ID card and, if needed, proof of your entitlement, such as the owner's power of attorney. We take care of the written application for you.

Under the Court and Notary Fees Act, a printout costs 10 euros and an official printout 20 euros. For this, the Amtsgericht Düsseldorf sends a separate invoice from the Zentrale Zahlstelle Justiz. At Behördenfix you pay 49 euros; the court fee is included, as are the form, sending and follow-up.

The Amtsgericht Düsseldorf does not publish a processing time. If you apply in person at the land registry, there is no postal delay; in writing and by fax, the printout and invoice come by post. We submit your application in writing and follow up with the land registry if the printout takes longer.
