May someone else file my application?
Yes, most authorities accept a written power of attorney. If an authority requires your own signature, we send you the completed form to sign.
Is the authority fee included in the price?
Yes. You pay one fixed price, and we pay the authority fee out of it.
What happens to my documents?
We store them encrypted, use them only for your application and delete them once it is completed.
What if my city only offers appointments in person?
We check this before you pay. If it cannot be done without your visit, we do not accept the order.
