The way without us, step by step

Responsible is the Vermessungs- und Katasteramt of the city of Münster, Stadthaus 3, Albersloher Weg 33, 48155 Münster, e-mail katasteramt@stadt-muenster.de. It keeps the land cadastre for the entire city area.

  • Online via the city's online service at formulare.stadt-muenster.de; according to the city, processing takes about 1 to 3 working days.
  • In person after arranging by phone at 0251 492-6201, Monday to Thursday 8 to 16 hrs, Friday 8 to 13 hrs. With an appointment on site you take the printed map with you straight away.
  • You need the address or the parcel number. The city does not require proof of why you want the map, because the Flurkarte contains no specially protected data.
  • Costs compared: at the city 30 euros up to A3, 60 euros larger, 10 euros for each further copy. With us 54.90 euros including this fee. We are not an authority and not a surveying office; the cadastral office does not work faster for us.

The fee follows the tariff of the NRW surveying and valuation cost regulation, number 3.2: 30 euros up to A3, 60 euros above, 10 euros per extra copy. The city does not state a separate fee for a PDF file. Flurkarte and Liegenschaftskarte are the same, by the way; Flurkarte is the technical term.

For a quick look, TIM-online, the state portal with the Flurkarte for all of NRW, is often enough. Sections can be printed there free of charge, but according to the city the data may be a few months old. Banks or the building authority usually require a current extract. The extract from the Liegenschaftsbuch with the owners is only available to owners and leasehold holders.

Yes. The city of Münster writes that both terms mean the same and that Flurkarte is the technical term of the cadastral administration. If you need soil assessment details, order the Schätzungskarte instead, which builds on it and is also available from the cadastral office.
