The way without us, step by step
In Hamburg the Liegenschaftskataster is kept centrally by the Landesbetrieb Geoinformation und Vermessung (LGV) at Neuenfelder Straße 19. The LGV no longer accepts orders by e-mail, fax or post. There are two routes: the online portal Liegenschaftskataster or the service centres of the seven Bezirksämter.
- Online yourself: via the online portal Liegenschaftskataster in Hamburg Service, with a user account or Mein Unternehmenskonto. The Liegenschaftskarte costs 39 euros, paid by direct debit or credit card; you get the download link by e-mail. According to the LGV the selection takes about 15 minutes.
- In person at the service centre for business, building and environment of your Bezirksamt, usually by appointment. Extracts up to DIN A3 are made there; you take them straight away and pay 30.50 to 39 euros per extract.
- Extracts with owner details are only for owners, authorised persons or with a shown legitimate interest.
- Costs compared: at the LGV 39 euros online. With us 54.90 euros including this fee, so 15.90 euros more for ordering through us. We are not an authority but an intermediary with your power of attorney.

The LGV puts a clear notice on its page and in the order portal: there are many paid online offers from commercial third parties. Their costs come on top of the official fees, and the order is only passed on to the LGV, because official extracts come exclusively from the official body. Anyone who can order themselves needs a Hamburg Service account, a browser window that allows pop-ups and about 15 minutes. Since 1 January 2026 the Liegenschaftskarte costs 39 euros including 19 percent VAT, whatever the format. We handle account, order and payment for you and send you the extract; for that our price is 15.90 euros above the fee.
Without an account it works at the Bezirksamt: the service centres for business, building and environment hand out extracts up to DIN A3 directly, e.g. in Altona at Jessenstraße 1-3, in Eimsbüttel at Grindelberg 62-66 or in Harburg at Harburger Rathausforum 2. Liegenschaftskarte, by the way, is today's name of the former Flurkarte.

What does a Flurkarte cost in Hamburg?
At the LGV, since 1 January 2026, the extract from the Liegenschaftskarte costs 39 euros including 19 percent VAT, in all formats. If extra processing effort is needed, from 58.31 euros are added. At the Bezirksamt you pay 30.50 to 39 euros per extract. At Behördenfix 54.90 euros including the fee; we state any extra amount before payment.
Can I order the Flurkarte in Hamburg online myself?
Yes, via the online portal Liegenschaftskataster in Hamburg Service. You need a user account or Mein Unternehmenskonto and must allow pop-up windows. Payment by direct debit or credit card; invoice and download link then come by e-mail. The LGV recommends this direct route to save third parties' extra costs.
How fast do I get the Liegenschaftskarte in Hamburg?
Via the online portal the LGV states a few minutes for products without a check of legitimate interest, with a check 2 to 3 working days. At the Bezirksamt service centre you take the extract straight away, but usually need an appointment. Through Behördenfix the time for our order is added.
