The certificate is issued by the city's financial accounting, department 403.32 Debitorenbuchhaltung, Barmen town hall, Johannes-Rau-Platz 1, 42275 Wuppertal. The way without us:
- Open the online application in the service portal and log in: as a private person with BundID and online ID function or with an Elster certificate, as a company with Mein Unternehmenskonto. According to the city, companies use the online application on its website.
- Upload ID card, passport or an official identity document as PDF or JPEG, for third parties a written power of attorney, for companies possibly a commercial register extract.
- Pay the fee directly in the online assistant. The certificate comes via the service portal; you print several copies yourself. Questions are answered by the Stadtkasse Buchhaltung by e-mail to stadtkasse.buchhaltung@stadt.wuppertal.de.
