- We write a separate letter to each organisation and ask for confirmation.
- A copy of the death certificate is enclosed with every letter.

Frequently asked questions
Which organisations are usually informed?
Typically health insurance, pension insurance, banks, insurers, phone and internet providers, energy suppliers, the broadcasting fee and clubs. You decide the list.
Do I need a certificate of inheritance?
Some organisations ask for one, many do not. It is issued by the probate court (Nachlassgericht); we do not apply for it.
How do I know everything has been ended?
The confirmations come to us or to you; you can see the status in your account.
Do I have to go to the authority myself for "Bereavement package"?
No. With your power of attorney we file the application with the responsible office (Standesamt + Zulassungsstelle + Vertragspartner).
How long does it take?
Usually 14 to 42 days, depending on the authority.
Is the official fee included in the price?
Yes. You pay one fixed price and the official fee is already included.
